Birthdaytime offers you a calendar where you will be able to see, edit and delete your friends and family birthdays.
You just have to register with your name and email and you will become a Birthdaytime member. It's free and you won't forget any birthday again!! |

To change your personal information you should follow the following steps
1) Login into Birthdaytime.
2) Click on My account.
3) Change all the necessary personal information there and click on " Save " |

To change your password you should follow the following steps
1) Login into Birthdaytime.
2) Click on My account.
3) Click in 'Change password'. 4) Enter the current password and the new one. 5) Click in 'Save' |

How do I cancel my Birthdaytime membership? |

You can cancel your account at any moment. To cancel your account, login into Birthdaytime and click on My account. Then, select Birthdaytime membership cancellation link and follow the instructions. This will cancel your Birthdaytime membership and you will no longer be contacted directly at the email address we have on record for you. |

How do I set birthdays alerts? |

Setting birthday alerts on your calendar is really easy.
You just need to login into your Birthdaytime account and click on Add birthdays. You will find there the instructions on how to copy and paste a message into an email you will send to your friends. That message includes a link your friends will have to click in to get access to enter their birthdays into your calendar. |

Can I set birthday alerts into my calendar without emailing my friends? |

You can set alerts without emailing your friends.
First , login into your account and click on Add birthdays. You will see there a link that reads " You can enter their names and birthdays into your calendar. Just click here!" on a column located on the right side of the screen. Just click on that link and you will reach a page where to add your friends' birthdays without having to email them. |

How can I edit a birthday alert? |

You can modify or delete any birthday alert from your calendar from my dates.
First login into your account and click on my dates
You will find there a list of birthdays or a calendar with all the birthdays registered on your calendar.
You will be able to edit them by clicking on " modify " or " delete ".
You may also be able to modify them on you calendar by clicking on them and choosing the options. |

Why am I not receiving my reminders? |
|
You may not be receiving birthday's alerts because:
1) If you have a junk email filter set on your email account. You should include as a save address alert@birthdaytime.com .
2) It may be also possible that you have registered your account with an incorrect email address, so Birthdaytime is sending alerts emails to another email address. |

What do you use my personal details for? |

Birthdaytime uses the information you have entered into your account to send you birthday alerts and, occasionally, information and promotions from our company. Review our Privacy Policy.

How can I check wich of my friends or relatives filled the form to be added on my calendar? |

BirthdayAlert will monthly send you an email informing you the ammount of friends and relatives that were added to your calendar.
